Unjustified Flood and Curses

Noah's anger seems to come from shame. Noah can’t bear that Ham sees him drunk and naked in the middle of the day.

Thank you Genesis for showing us how unjustified Noah's curse is. There is no good reason to curse Ham's son, Canaan. And of course, in case we missed how Noah is projecting his shame onto his grandchild, the Bible also shows us that grandson Canaan did absolutely nothing to deserve Noah's curse

The Bible also shows us how unjustified the Flood is. Yahweh gets livid when the sons of Elohim marry and beget children with the beauty full daughters of men. Fortunately our Lord Yahway sees the error of His ways and repentantly promises never to flood us again.

Noah’s curse are the last words we hear from Noah. We are told Noah lives another 350 biblical years. They are uneventful. Nothing Noah does or says is worthy of mention — which for Noah is probably a great blessing.

The Gigamesh, the oldest written story we’ve discovered, was written more than a thousand years before Genesis was written.

The man who builds an ark to rescue humans from the flood is named Utnapistim. Utnapistim is given immortality by the gods for saving humanity.

Noah is just given 350 uneventful biblical years to live. Genesis does not seem to be concerned with a life after this one. Does this make this life more precious and vivid?
